Update fonts in Extensis Universal Type Client

From time to time as fonts are added or changed in the standard font set, staff will be required to synchronize their workstations with the server again to realign their workstations to the master font set. 

To Resynchronize your fonts, Open Extensis Universal Type Client on your workstation 

If the lower left of the window says Activate Fonts, allow that to complete (disappear) before proceeding.

Navigate to the top menu. Select server and choose synchronize

Allow the sync to complete (wait for the message to disappear) 

The Fonts on your machine will now be aligned with the fonts in the server, you can now close UTC and launch InDesign and proceed.
