Forward Avaya Phone Extension to another phone extension

Below is how to do and undo phone extension forwarding to voicemail and other extensions INTERNALLY.

*8 to forward directly to voicemail

*4 to forward to another extension

‘#’8 to undo forward directly to voicemail.

'#'4 to undo forward to another extension.

Example of how to set phone to forward to voicemail ->

Pick up phone at extension location and press *8 and wait for the 3 beeps and hang up.

To undo this, pick up the phone and press #8 and again wait for the beeps and hang up.

Example of how to set phone to forward to another extension ->

Pick up phone at extension location and press *4 then key in the 4-digit extension that you want the phone to forward to and wait for the 3 beeps and hang up.

To undo this, pick up the phone and press #4 and again wait for the beeps and hang up.
